Originally from Ireland and lived in Lanzarote for 8 years he is now living in Sweden, Darryl brings an infectious energy, passion and coaching style that keeps people coming back year after year.
Known for his legendary Ride sessions, expect an atmosphere that’s full of energy, incredible music and a room that pushes you further than you thought possible.
Brand new for The Signature Experience, Darryl is also introducing his Sculpt Sessions, combining strength, conditioning and high energy coaching to leave you feeling stronger, fitter and more confident.
