Our story
Meet the Vigeo Fit team - our team did not come from a typical office background. We were brought together by our shared love for sports. It all started when Alexandra and Melina spent ten years working together at Playitas Resort in the Canary Islands, creating amazing experiences for athletes. That journey continued when Alexandra moved to Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort in Thailand. This is where the Vigeo Fit team really grew, adding Sasha, Oil, Jazz, Mind, and Apinya. With roots in Canada, Austria, Belgium, and Thailand, we bring a truly international perspective to our work.
But what really connects us? Sure, we all love sports. But we are also a team of dog lovers. Forged through years of collaboration, we are more than just colleagues. Meet Alexandra — a two-decade veteran in sports operations and global sales, and the Founder and Director behind everything Vigeo stands for. From spearheading Playitas Resort's growth in the Canary Islands to directing international business at Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort in Thailand, her career is a masterclass in strategic momentum. Her skills span sports management, health operations, international sales, and logistics, all underpinned by a profound moral compass. A linguist, a connector, and a lover of rescue dogs. She doesn't just lead the team. She sets the pace.
About Sasha
Meet Sasha — Vigeo Fit is a triathlete turned Co-Founder, whose journey took him from Canada to the heart of Thailand's sports industry. At Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort, he pursued his athletic ambitions while playing a pivotal role in growing international markets. That same competitive drive now fuels Vigeo's global expansion through strategic initiatives, innovative thinking, and an unwavering commitment to connecting audiences with transformative sports and self-development experiences. About Jazz
Meet Jazz — Jazz Vigeo Fit is Vigeo Sports Business Development Manager, hailing from Thailand and fluent in Thai and English. With over ten years of experience in the hotel, sports, and health industry, she thrives in the field, scouting partnerships, organising events, and connecting clients to the right Vigeo experience. Previously an integral part of the groups department at Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort, Jazz combines deep industry knowledge with boundless energy. No territory is too far. No brief too complex. That's the Apex way.
About Oil
Meet Oil — Vigeo Retreats' Senior Business Development Manager and the cornerstone of every seamless retreat experience. Fluent in Thai and English, she also brings almost two decades of experience in hospitality, sports, and health. She oversees every element of the retreat journey. That spans venue selection, programme design, cost management, bookings, and guest services. Previously, Oil was a key figure in the group's department at Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort in Phuket. She brings unmatched depth and precision to every partnership she builds and every retreat she delivers. With Oil in the game, she leaves nothing to chance.

Meet Mind — Vigeo Sports' Online Marketing Manager, based in Phuket and built for impact. She crafts compelling campaigns, builds online presence, and creates content that connects sports communities to the Vigeo experience with precision and intent. Her passion for the sports lifestyle isn't just personal; it powers every strategy she runs and every story she tells. She doesn't just market the game. She plays it.

Meet Melina — Vigeo's Head of Business Development Europe and the force behind our continental front. A citizen of the world with three nationalities, she was raised in Belgium and carries Greek roots. She lost her heart to the Canary Islands. Her career spans tourism retail, event management, and sports marketing. Each chapter has sharpened her ability to turn ambitious ideas into measurable results. Melina's love for the outdoors fuels her passion for health and sports experiences. Her sharp business instincts also drive the partnerships and pathways expanding Vigeo across Europe. She is the engine behind Vigeo Fit's digital presence, turning strategy into scroll-stopping content that moves people from curious to committed. Her background spans sales, tourism, and digital across multiple countries, giving her a sharp instinct for what resonates and what just makes noise. She listens hard, cuts through the clutter, and delivers campaigns with the same discipline athletes bring to training: consistent, intentional, and results-driven.
