Hyrox, Yoga & Khmer Boxing: A Fitness Camp in Cambodia at TUI BLUE Angkor Grace

Hyrox, Yoga & Khmer Boxing: A Fitness Camp in Cambodia at TUI BLUE Angkor Grace

Imagine a fitness camp that doesn’t force you to choose between brutal workouts and deep recovery. At Vigeo Fit‘s fitness camp in Cambodia camp, you’ll alternate between HYROX-style functional training, traditional Khmer boxing, and restorative yoga. Every session takes place in the tranquil grounds of TUI BLUE Angkor Grace in Siem Reap. Together, these three disciplines build strength and resilience while immersing you in Cambodian culture.

What Makes This Fitness Camp in Cambodia Different

Most fitness camps focus on a single discipline. Ours combines three: HYROX-style functional training, traditional Khmer boxing, and daily yoga. The HYROX sessions cover sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, and burpees. Khmer boxing builds striking, footwork, and agility. Yoga supports mobility, breathwork, and recovery. Because you train across three disciplines instead of one, your body avoids the overuse injuries that come from repeating the same movements every day. As a result, each session feels genuinely different from the last. You’ll train each morning with expert coaches, then recover by the saltwater pool or spa in the afternoon. On rest days, you can explore Siem Reap’s temples, including a sunrise visit to Angkor Wat. In short, this is a complete fitness camp in Cambodia, built for people who want real results without burning out. Whether you’re cross-training for HYROX or simply curious about Khmer boxing, you’ll fit right in.

Training Facilities at TUI BLUE Angkor Grace

Angkor Grace is known for wellness, but it’s equally built for serious training. The on-site fitness centre is fully equipped with free weights, kettlebells, rowers, and cardio machines, while the dedicated yoga pavilion comfortably hosts group HIIT sessions and mobility classes alike. The resort’s gardens and saltwater pool double as natural recovery zones between workouts, a quiet contrast to the intensity of camp days.

For Khmer boxing, we partner with a local Bokator gym just outside the hotel, giving you an authentic training experience led by Cambodian coaches rather than a watered-down resort version of the sport. Every session, from HYROX circuits to boxing pad work, is led by qualified instructors who tailor intensity to your fitness level, making this one of the few fitness camps in Cambodia where culture and serious sport training share equal billing.
